"Coach", Carl E. Stevens, Jr.

and

"Client" 

Courses Details

The course consists of twelve live workshops delivered over the course of approximately three to six months beginning on the execution date of this agreement.

Each of the workshops will be approximately 60 minutes in duration.

Terms

This agreement will begin upon payment for the Rakhem Seku Coaching & Support service and will continue for a minimum of three months or when the course is complete as indicated by the delivery of the six live sessions. The fee for this course is $2,997:

Payment Details

Per your agreement with Carl E. Stevens, Jr., the Client will receive a twelve-week course in exchange for full payment of $2,997. Payment must be made in fully by the Client before admittance into the course. Payment can be made in the following forms: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, PayPal, or Klarna. Client may also contact Coach directly and offer other payment options that will be accepted or rejected at the behest of the Coach.

Refunds

Once Client is added to the course as indicated by successful payment of $2,997, there will be NO REFUNDS of any payments of any kind. 

Courses Details

Both parties agree to have live workshops recorded (audio or video) of course for "Client's" access to the Queens Lifestyle Initiation course library. Clients will also agree to be coached by Carl E. Stevens, Jr. during the course as a part of the included benefits of the course. 

"Client" will receive SIX live coaching sessions with Coach for sixty minutes each. Client must schedule these coaching sessions with Coach during the twelve week period and before the course concludes. NO coaching will be included as a part of this course after the twelve-week time period from execution of this agreement concludes. After the conclusion of this coaching service, the Client can schedule coaching sessions with Coach for the standard coaching rate. 

The services to be provided by the Coach to the Client are all online via Zoom, phone, Kajabi Live, or other video or audio conferencing software. 

The coaching, workshops, lectures, and course information is not professional advice, therapy, or counseling, and may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life, relationships, or profession. The coaching offered by Coach and the information and materials provided in the Queens Lifestyle Initiation course are purely the opinions of the Coach and not considered certified or professional advice. 

Confidentiality

The Coach promises the Client that all information provided to the Coach during the one-on-one coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential.

Coaching Relationship

Throughout the working relationship, the Coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The Client can count on the coach, to be honest, and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The Client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the Client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the Client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the Client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.

Declaration

Client understands that they are working with Carl E. Stevens, Jr. (Coach) for personal empowerment and relationship coaching purposes. Professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. 

Client understands the execution of this agreement takes place at the time of successful Client payment of this course at checkout and the checking of the box indicating acceptance of this agreement on the checkout page.
